Sessions are either in person, phone or online.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice may receive a credit toward a future session.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
To ensure everyone receives meaningful discussion and support, sessions will run for 90 minutes if there are fewer than 3 supervisees.
